Hello! My name is Angela and I’m a homemaker and permaculture educator with more than 20 years experience in domestic skills and ecological living. My husband and I have four kids – Ruth (who is now a college student), Bea, Hal, and George. I designed and have been running Parkrose Permaculture – a 1/4 acre permaculture farmette in Portland, OR, for 14 years.
My other interests are spinning, knitting, weaving, sewing (including historical sewing), beekeeping, poultrykeeping, and building resilient communities.

Angela,
I would love to connect with you about your work, your farm, and the possibility of collaboration in the Parkrose Neighborhood. My name is April, and I am the Orchard Programs Coordinator for Portland Fruit Tree Project (PFTP). PFTP is working with a partner in the Parkrose neighborhood, installing, maintaining, and providing educational opportunities for neighbors and the community at a new Community Orchard (planted based on Permaculture principles). I would love to meet with you and hear about the work you are doing in the neighborhood.
I know it’s a busy time of year, but feel free to reach out when you have a moment.
Best,
April
