I am so inspired by A-Friend-to-Knit-With‘s Cookie of the Week.Â I have made several of her recipes, but our favorite -Â her chewy peanut-butter cookies (I’ve made them more often than I should admit!).
While I don’t make cookies every week, some weeks we make 2 or 3 kinds!Â In general, I’m more of a cake and pie girl, but children love cookies – the baking and the eating – so we make time (and room in our tummies!) for them.
